Bikram

Bikram yoga or Hot Yoga aka Traditional Hot Yoga or allows you to thrive and navigate life’s twists and turns with ease. This practice is a sequence of 26 yoga postures and breathing exercises typically done in a heated room to sweat, stretch and tone muscles, while building mental strength, flexibility and concentration.  You will learn a lot about yourself and see real progress. You will gain long-lasting vitality and health while your pain and stress diminish as your mobility increases, sleep improves and general mood is uplifted with each class

Power Yoga

Experience a fun, flowing class with inspiring music and lots of variations for any mood that strikes.

Get an amazing workout and connect to yourself with this  flow-based series of movements linked together with breath.l Expect the unexpected: the class will change, challenge you, and make you smile while you sweat. In this progressive class, modifications will be given so you can choose your own adventure and intensity level.

Hot Pilates HIIT

This Hot Pilates HIIT combines Pilates, Fitness and Yoga principles with high intensity interval training. Be ready for a fun & sweaty workout with loud music!

This class gives you the workout you crave with therapeutic benefits you need. Develop real strength, tone your stomach, legs, and arms, and your cardio all in one class. In this class, variations will be given so you can choose your own intensity level.Weights are optional to add to your workout.
