I don't know what I'd do without Red Dragon during COVID times.

This is an amazing experience back at the Red Dragon, top shelf, absolutely a rock and I am honored to be here.

I loved taking yoga classes over Zoom. I have been amazed actually how much intimacy can be achieved over Zoom, it's wonderful.

The community is so supportive and vibrant, that I always walk out looking forward to the next class.
